Following the success of La Fontaine de Kandy, Picasso Constructions is proud to announce its next pioneering venture: a state-of-the-art luxury nursing home in Gurudeniya, designed exclusively for elders. This groundbreaking project will be the first of its kind in kandy, introducing European-standard care and modern layouts tailored to the unique needs of senior living.

The nursing home will feature a thoughtfully planned environment that combines comfort, safety, and dignity, ensuring residents can enjoy a lifestyle of independence while having access to all the care they need. From elegantly designed living spaces to communal areas that encourage connection and well-being, every detail of the facility is being crafted with elder care at its heart.
Residents can look forward to a wide range of facilities including 24/7 nursing support, regular health checkups, on-site medical care, physical therapy spaces, and recreational amenities. Beyond medical needs, the project will also emphasize holistic well-being with nutritious dining options, social activity programs, and serene green spaces for relaxation.
By adapting internationally recognized standards of elder care, Picasso Constructions aims to transform how Sri Lanka approaches retirement living. “This nursing home is more than a facility—it is a promise of care, comfort, and community. For the first time in Sri Lanka, we are creating a space where elders can live their golden years with dignity, security, and joy,” a spokesperson for the company shared.
Set against the peaceful backdrop of Gurudeniya, the project is expected to redefine retirement living in Sri Lanka by offering a safe, luxurious, and fully supportive environment for seniors and their families.
With this initiative, Picasso Constructions once again demonstrates its vision of building not only homes but also meaningful lifestyles that set new standards for the nation.
